Christian has been a patent attorney with Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP since 2019. He has over twelve years of experience providing expert IP strategy to clients, focusing on procuring patent and trademark protection. This experience includes evaluating technologies to obtain strong patent protection with broad claim scope. Christian currently handles patent drafting and prosecution in various fields of technology for our clients. Christian also has experience with patent landscape mapping, infringement and validity analysis, and other types of patent analysis in numerous technology areas, including electrical and computer arts, power electronics, and mechanical devices, among other areas.
