Devin C. McIlvain is an associate attorney at Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger, LLP, who has devoted his legal career to representing clients in all areas of family law, including high conflict divorce and custody litigation, child support, spousal support, adoptions, and grandparent visitation. Devin is a passionate counselor, negotiator, and when circumstances require, litigator. Devin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in English at Wake Forest University as a Heritage Scholar. Prior to joining Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger, Devin exclusively practiced family law as an associate attorney at Robinson & Henry, P.C.
Devin is a proud native of West Virginia, avid supporter of the Colorado Rockies, and cycling enthusiast. When Devin is not in the office or in court, you can find him enjoying a baseball game at Coors Field or on his bike pedaling across the Front Range.
