Dylan Nelson
Dylan is a registered patent attorney at Setter Roche. Dylan’s primary practice includes patent work in the software field, including: patent application drafting, patent prosecution, infringement analysis, opinion work, and working with inventor teams and corporate counsel to identify valuable and protectable ideas. Dylan also has experience prosecuting applications involving the chemical and bio-science arts, performing trademark prosecution and opinion work, and he is an experienced litigator, having litigated cases in a variety of federal jurisdictions around the country.

Prior to joining Setter Roche LLP, Dylan worked at boutique litigation and intellectual property law firms in Washington, D.C., and a mid-sized intellectual property law firm in Denver. During law school, Dylan clerked for an intellectual property law firm in Southern California and worked as a senior editor of IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review.
