Rosie is a patent agent at Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP.  Rosie attended the University of Colorado where she earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.  Rosie focuses on patent preparation and prosecution with respect to a variety of technologies, including:
