Kristine is a registered patent attorney who joined Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger LLP in August 2017. Kristine’s primary practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in various fields of technology including software, mechanical, and electrical related arts.
Kristine received her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, Colorado, where she served as Class Secretary and as an Articles Editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal. As a law student, Kristine also clerked for the County of Boulder.
Outside of work, Kristine volunteers as a mentor for the Colorado Law Mentor Program.
