Linda Moss is an associate attorney practicing family law. Linda has a passion for helping families in the most difficult times of their lives, and strives to make the process as painless as possible for clients. She is a zealous and measured advocate, and greatly values her position as an ally for her clients. Linda joined Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger in March of 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Linda worked as an associate attorney at Coombe Curry Rich & Jarvis extensively in the area of Family Law and handled divorces and Allocations of Parental Responsibilities at all stages for several years. She earned the Family and Juvenile Law Certificate from the University of Colorado Law School and has spent her legal career helping families and children.
Linda graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in May of 2016. In addition to her work at Setter Roche Smith and Shellenberger, she is on the Colorado Bar Association’s Diversity & Inclusivity Committee and volunteers with Metro Volunteer Lawyers and Denver Legal Night.
Linda is from New Jersey and spends most of her time appreciating all the wonders Colorado has to offer. She also enjoys knitting, snowboarding and enjoying Denver.
