Annie Clark is a patent agent registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Annie has experience working with clients ranging from small businesses and startups to large universities and corporations. Annie drafts and prosecutes patent applications at Setter Roche, as well as performs landscape mapping in numerous technology areas, including electrical and computer arts, power electronics, mechanical devices, and medical equipment, among others.
Annie has patent experience including the following technologies:
• Computer hardware and software
• Machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Internet infrastructure technology
• Power electronics and related circuitry
• Home automation and consumer electronics
• Mechanical and industrial automation devices
Prior to working in law, Annie completed her B.S. in Engineering Physics and her M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus in Biomechanics, at Colorado School of Mines. She has worked as a research assistant in the biomechanics lab at University of Utah, the astrophysics lab at Colorado School of Mines, and the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory.
Annie is currently pursuing her J.D. degree (expected May 2023) from The Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.
