Eva Kluting was a Dean's Scholar at the University of Illinois College of Law and graduated with highest distinction in the top 3% of her class from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. She has spent all of her summers in law school working as a legal intern doing family law. Ms. Kluting also worked as a research assistant at the University of Michigan in an affective neuroscience research laboratory performing brain surgery on rats and researching the role of dopamine in the mesotelencephalic pathway. She also owned a small swim instructing business during her gap year between undergrad and law school. Eva Kluting also participated in the intensive Mirza Trial Academy during law school, in which she gained valuable trial experience. In her free-time, she enjoys visiting her friends and family in Finland and Sweden, baking, yoga, and running.
