Heidi Wuestefeld Heidi is a corporate and commercial attorney at Setter Roche Smith & Shellenberger.  Heidi’s practice includes commercial services, licensing, compliance and intellectual property matters in the technology industry.  Representative transactions include domestic and international agreements such as hardware and software distribution agreements, OEM agreements, SaaS, licensing for mobile applications, inbound and outbound purchasing agreements, terms of use, master services agreements, consulting agreements and non-disclosure agreements.

Heidi's combined experience in private practice and as in-house counsel brings a business-focused perspective that supports the objectives of her clients. Heidi’s goal with every client is to provide solutions that balance business objectives with effective legal strategies.  Our clients ranging from small start-ups to large multi-national organizations have benefited from Heidi's general counsel advice in many areas including with respect to personnel matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, and privacy issues.

Heidi joined Setter Roche in 2017 after serving as in-house counsel to a $2B multinational technology company.  During her tenure there, she directed all aspects of the company’s global trademark prosecution and enforcement strategy, in addition to drafting and negotiating multi-million dollar cross-border commercial transactions.  Heidi’s goal with every client is to provide solutions that balance business objectives with effective legal strategies.  Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and exploring Denver’s foodie scene.
