As a Legal Assistant, Naema is integral to the firm's daily operations, acting as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring a smooth transition from initial consultation through ongoing case support. She manages client onboarding, oversees case files, processes firm correspondence, and provides essential administrative support to attorneys and the litigation team.

With a strong background in administrative and operational roles, Naema excels in attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to proactively anticipate needs. Her organizational skills and problem-solving approach ensure reliable support while consistently meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.

 

Originally from Ethiopia and raised in Colorado, Naema holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring Colorado’s outdoors, and traveling.
