Nicole is of counsel with the firm and specializes in trademark preparation and prosecution for our clients. She has experience in the areas of trademark prosecution and maintenance of trademark registrations filed in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, including applications for international registrations, as well as handling prosecution and maintenance of trademark registrations filed under the Madrid Protocol originating in countries outside the US.  Nicole also works to enforce her clients’ portfolios by policing and defending their trademark registrations, which includes opposing published marks and drafting and negotiating co-existence agreements and consent agreements.

Prior to entering private practice, Nicole worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and attended Tulane University Law School.
